| Smallest room is becoming available in a three bedroom condo unit. The condo is relatively new, and has some amenities like a gym and partyroom. The room is small,. It's approximately 10' x 10'. The bedroom has a good closet, but no windows, so great for a good night's sleep. The location is amazing, Scollard and Yonge, essentially Bloor and Yonge, so close to everything. The other two roommates are men and very mature in attitude and considerate. We are looking for a like-minded individual for the third bedroom, guy or girl. We are looking for someone who is serious-minded, focused on school or work or both. We don't socialize in the condo as it would feel too crowded and it being downtown Toronto, socializing is generally done outside. We are also looking for someone on the very clean-side, and quite organized.
