| LONG-TERM SUBLET AUG 1 2024 – SEP 1 2025 (somewhat flexible) My partner and I are moving overseas so we’re subletting our beautiful, spacious apartment. We may end up staying longer than next September, so there may be a possibility to extend in the future. Hoping to sublet fully furnished, but happy to chat about removing particular furniture - 1000 sq. foot fully furnished 2+1 bedroom - Main floor of detached home on residential street in Little Portugal, separate entrance (main door to house) and very high ceilings throughout - Great for wfh with 2 office areas - sit/stand desks at opposite ends of the house so good noise control, may even be able to leave monitor arms - Big west-facing sunroom currently set up as an office with a sit/stand desk - Huge open-concept living room/kitchen with vaulted ceiling - Chef’s kitchen with gas stove, quarts countertops, dishwasher and plenty of storage - Main bedroom has huge closet and big bay window area, both bedrooms have queen beds (happy to remove one though if you’d prefer to have it just as an office) - Big courtyard with seating in the back, shared with the basement but in our experience rarely used by them - Central air with A/C, you have your own thermostat - Temporary on-street parking available through the city. Across the street from an elementary school so 1/2 the number of houses means great parking availability. - Coin laundry in the basement (big, fast machine which is great) - Incredible location close to tons of restaurants, bars, shops, Trinity Bellwoods, 3-minute walk to two grocery stores. Very transit accessible, lots of bike lanes. - $3400 including water, high speed internet, gas. Hydro is extra and separately metered (average $60/month). - Required Documents: Proof of income, rental references, credit score. Last month’s rent deposit upon signing |
