It has a bed with drawers underneath, new carpet, a desk and other furniture if you need it. Everything is included in the price Like; unlimited High speed internet, laundry, hydro etc. You would share the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room with 2 women (both George Brown students) and they would prefer another woman for a roommate. The kitchen has everything you would need. This room is average size for Toronto (10 feet X 10). There are windows in the apartment but the room itself has no window. The apartment is in the basement of a raised bungalow house so there is a good ceiling height of 8 feet. It's a 3 minute walk from 24 hour Queen st streetcar (King St as well). Also there are bus stops that are ten minute bus ride from Pape or Donland Subway station. Its located halfway between downtown and the beaches in the area known as Leslieville or south riverdale. It’s a 10 minute drive to downtown. The house is in a very good neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and 3 big grocery stores that are 3 minute walk away.
