| Looking to sublet my room furnished in a 3 bedroom + one bathroom apartment, steps away from lakeshore and longbranch, marie curtis park and len ford park! Price for one month (Sept 1st - October 1st) - $1350 Price for 1.5 months (Sept 1- Oct 15th)- $1750 ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED!!!!! Hydro, internet, water, etc. In both of these prices, INCLUDES a refundable deposit in case of damages of my furniture or other belongings that you will get back once the room is inspected. Due to lack of storage, I can’t make exceptions to renting the room unfurnished because I don’t have a spot to put my furniture! I am going to be traveling for the month of September and maybe half of October so the stay is flexible within the dates of September 1st 2024 to latest October 15th 2024. The room is furnished with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, a night stand, lamp, floor length mirror, filled bookshelf, and end of bed table! The closet is a great size and will of course be cleaned out before your arrival- the photos provided have all of my stuff. I have some weights and workout gear in the room you are welcome to use. The apartment has a full kitchen so you don’t need to bring anything unless you have a few items you want. The kitchen features an electric stove, microwave, ninja air fryer, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and instant pot all at your disposal! Apartment features/ pros + Notes -There is a cat in the apartment! Her name is Lilly, she is young and rambunctious, will likely ask you to feed her haha. -Controlled heating - A/C in unit - Large Balcony -Close -Portable sauna in unit that’s shared -Bathroom and linen closet storage for you -Top floor of a triplex -robot vacuum -google home -color changing lightbulbs -Safe, quiet and convenient neighborhood -portable washing machine in unit -shared laundry in basement (with 2 other units) -Close to cafes, tim hortons, beer store, no frills, shoppers, LCBO, rexall, dollarama, and more - The other roommates- You will be living with 2 men, one is my Matt, older brother who is an electrician, typically works Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm depending on the day & Daniel is a sales agent from Colombia who works for Sunwing and Westjet. Both enjoy the entertainment in the apartment like video games and TV streaming but are respectful, clean and quiet. Daniel works from home and his schedule usually changes! We want someone who is also respectful, clean and relatively quiet. This is a great spot if you need something short term, want to live with some great people who love hanging out together, cooking together, conversation, or if you either work outside the apartment or remotely because I have a desk in the living room you can use to work! This is truly a gem of a spot!
