I am a Toronto local for 20+ years, and I want to help you research which neighbourhood in Toronto will fit your lifestyle the best. Goal: Help you pick out the right neighbourhood in Toronto for your individual needs and preferences What I can offer? - Research into house prices from online websites like Realtor.ca, Zillow, and others - Personal perspectives as someone who has lived in Toronto for 20+ years - Nearby restaurants, parks, or night life which will keep you active in your day to day life - Anything else that interests you about a particular Toronto Neighbourhood How we can work together? - I will make myself available for 30 minutes per week for us to discuss your individual needs - I will be able to email and share links to reputable sources which will help you in your search - Share personal insights from living in Toronto over 20+ years - Share insights from my own research What can I not help with? - I am not a realtor, and cannot help you purchase a home or rent a new place - My knowledge is only limited to neighbourhoods within Downtown Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Scarborough, Mimico, and Vaughn.
