| I am looking for a female flat-mate (doesn't smoke or own a pet) to share my condo in Downtown Toronto. I am putting my private bedroom on a short term rental. The location is convenient as it is near Union Station (4 min), groceries, restaurants etc. Condo includes- Tv, sofa,in-suite laundromat, kitchen space with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, one bathroom, office desk and chair. If you want, I can provide a twin mattress too but you have to get a mattress protector. There is a gym, Indoor/Outdoor Pool , Bbq. Terr. Heat Pump & Ac Part Of Hydro. The buiding offers 24 hour security. You have to pay 1200 including all utilities so I would prefer someone who is responsible in using these utilities and doesn't damage the apartment/furniture. Move-in date: 10-Dec Initial lease term will be 3-6 months. |
