You would have a LOT of space and privacy for far less than market rent if you are ok with a friendly person preparing quick meals sometimes in the main floor kitchen. $1,998 + util I am the owner, I live upstairs with my friendly pup named 'Freedom' coming down to use the kitchen only. On the main floor is the kitchen, a large den which would be great for an office, a charming living room with exposed brick. All for your use, I just use the kitchen to prepare meals. Bedrooms are cozy, BRIGHT ( new pot lights throughout ) on the lower/basement level. This floor would be entirely private for you. Your bathroom and laundry is here. Master bedroom is large and can fit a king bed. The second bedroom is also ideal as another office/workspace, or kids room. You would have a LOT of space and privacy for far less than market rent if you are ok with a friendly person ( me ) preparing quick meals sometimes in the main floor kitchen. I envision a lovely couple who loves to say hello and a happy harmonious peaceful sanctuary home feel. Saving you a lot of money each month and giving you much more space to enjoy. I work as a vocal coach and life coach. Freedom my pup is 3 years old, super-friendly and hypo-allergenic. He was bred to be a therapy dog. Enjoy being outside in your private lush green backyard. Green space galore at the wonderful nearby parks and the lake a short walk away. Hot yoga and food, shops are a 3 minute walk away. TTC just steps away. Parking on street with city. TTC bus stop on woodbine 1 minute walk from your door. SUBWAY woodbine bus 8 minutes to woodbine subway STREETCAR 3 minute walk to queen streetcar BIKE Paths... Dundas bike bath direct to downtown. Or use the beautiful bike path along the lake. Amenities: Yoga studios nearby Community Centre has Gym and indoor pool Outdoor pool by the boardwalk Grocery stores on Queen Great restaurants all within a short walk Toronto’s coolest library great for work or study So much more you will discover and love!
