| Hey, I’ve lived in this condo for a year now and my roommate is moving out; I have a good relationship with the landlord and he confirmed I can team with another roommate to share a new lease starting March 1, which I’d love to do as it is an ideal space for anyone wanting to live downtown. Condo: Newly built 2B1B luxury condo with gym, pool, outdoor terraces, reliable management, and 24/7 concierge/security. It’s a corner unit with a gorgeous view from the 4rd floor and views of both the lake and CN tower, balcony, washer/dryer, modern kitchen, storage, and a parking spot. Walking distance to Union Station, St. Lawrence Market, Nofrills/Loblaws/Farm Boy, Lake Ontario walk trails. You can occupy the larger bedroom. I’ve included some unfurnished pics of the room/unit as existing furniture is mostly my roommate’s, I can help refurnish the common areas. Financials: $1700 (condo is $3400). We only pay hydro and internet (500mbps, much cheaper due to building’s promotional price), which combined is ~$55-60/person. AC and heat are free. Requirements: Proof of income, credit score, references. Before move-in: Last month’s rent, renter’s insurance, key deposit. About me: I'm in my mid-twenties, graduated from UofT and work for a bank in a hybrid model. Outside of work I enjoy walking, gaming, reading. We can be good friends, or just keep to ourselves; I’ve made great connections with a diverse range of roommates and will help maintain a clean, enjoyable home environment.
