| Hi everyone, We are looking for a female person, to rent the master bedroom in a spacious, fully-furnished 3-bedroom apartment in Downtown Toronto (Bay/College area). Just 5 minute walk from University of Toronto campus and 10 minutes from Yorkville. The other two rooms in the apartment are occupied by two girls, both in their 20s and working. The room is available starting October 1, 2024, and the lease runs for a year with the possibility to extend it for another year or two, depending on the need. The room features two big closets, a 4-pc bath suite and a wonderful view from a high floor. There is also a bed, study table and chair available to purchase for an extra, but reasonable price. The apartment has a large living room, dining space with a large table, spacious balcony, and kitchen with all the appliances. Building amenities include a gym, study/meeting room, lounges, theatre, terrace, and pool room. The price is $1750 per month + wifi + hydro (total ~$50). Documents needed for the lease are proof of employment or proof of enrolment in University, a credit score report, and a letter of reference.
