| Description |
| 2 bed 2 bath condo downtown or midtown. Don't have condo yet, can look together. I'd want the master bedroom. Move in Nov/Dec. Please decide if you'll be okay living with me: I have a husky. Silent, energetic, gets along with other dogs if you have one too. I work Mon-Fri, 9-5, hybrid, but its common to see me up until 3 am, 4 am. I do also cook at 1 am or 2 am. Also laundry. I don't compost/recycle, I throw everything in the same bin. I'm not social. Roomba runs 3 times a day, self empty is very loud. I cook a lot. Dog bowls get washed in the bathroom sink, never kitchen sink or dishwasher, would want the same if you also have a dog. I'm not too conscious about the hydro bill, I leave lights on. I'm a heavy sleeper, you can be as loud as you want at whatever times you want, music on, people over, doesn't matter. For common area cleanliness, if your dishes are in the sink and I'm loading the dishwasher I'll just put yours' in, if the garbage is full and I see it then I'll take it out. Would be great the other way around too. |
