| Hello! I am a university student and my roommate is going abroad from May until the first week of September (4 months). We are looking to sublet my roommate's room for the summer. Her room will be furnished with new furniture, and everything seen in the photo will be removed. A large wardrobe will block the shared glass door between the rooms. The fourth picture features my roommate's room (the room for sale). The second last photo featured is of the door as seen from my bedroom. We are looking for a female roommate (we are two girls) who prefers a quiet living environment. I am occupying the masters bedroom, and my roommate's bedroom has a window but is a smaller room. The room for sale will also have a newly bought bed, a table, a chair and the aforementioned wardrobe. Utilities and Wifi are included in the price.
