| -Very urgent - Only for girls Hi I’m Rona and I’m a 21 year old student in Toronto. I’m currently living with my roommate Sabrina and my 2 cats. We are looking for one FEMALE roommate to share a cozy condo with us. The condo is on the 25th floor at Church Street, just a 6-minute walk to Queen subway station and Eaton Centre—super convenient. Here are some details: - It's a private room. - Me (Rona ) and Sabrina will be using the living room as our sleeping space. - Rent includes everything except hydro, which usually comes to about $25 per person. I will be paying the wifi so you don’t have to pay for wifi separately. - The couch will be here when you move in, so until you buy your bed you can sleep there (sorry, I don’t have extra bed). - The building has great amenities: gym, movie room, BBQ area, game room, and party room. - We have one bathroom that will be shared among the three of us. - Guests are welcome!
