Private room with ensuite bathroom in spacious downtown condo Hello, I own a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and currently have a wonderful tenant (female) who is looking for a housemate. I’m posting this advert as I’m renting out both rooms separately. The bedroom for rent is 11ft x 9ft in size with a private en suite bathroom. It has a desk, a printer, a TV (with free Netflix and Amazon Prime) and adjustable blackout blinds for the windows. The apartment has a split layout so the two bedrooms are far apart from each other. The apartment is a corner unit with 9ft ceilings and a massive 330sqft terrace so there is tons of natural daylight and space to be outside. I'm on the 2nd floor so getting in and out of the building is super quick and easy. There is lots of storage space and the apartment has a full-sized stove, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave and an in-suite washer and dryer. The apartment has high-speed wifi and central heating You will have access to the shared amenities in the building, including concierge, a gym, games room, media room, party room, meeting room and rooftop deck/garden. The unit is on an extremely quiet street during both the daytime and nighttime. The apartment is located near the corner of Sackville St. and Dundas St. It’s a 5 min. walk to Cabbagetown and a 20 min. walk to the Distillery District, the St. Laurence Market, Ryerson University and Church St. There is a FreshCo (supermarket) and a Shoppers Drug Mart (pharmacy) 2 blocks away. The Dundas St. tram is one block away and I'm directly across from Regent Park. There is no parking space in the building, but there is free parking available on the street. There is no locker or space in the bicycle room, but you may bring your bicycle up the elevator and store it in the unit. |
