| One room available for rent in a 5-bedroom apartment. Room will be somewhat furnished. Rent is $800 inclusive. Move-in date is Jan 1 with first + last month’s rent required. House is located by Christie Pits, a short walk from either Christie or Ossington Subway Station and close to restaurants/amenities along Bloor. The current roommates are mostly men in our 20s and 30s. Most of us work in the service industry so late hours are fairly common, though we try to keep a relatively peaceful house. We do socialize occasionally but tend to have our own separate busy lives so this is not a priority. What is a priority is keeping the common areas of the house relatively tidy and well-maintained. Laundry not included ensuite but is a short walk away. We would also prefer no pets if possible due to allergies.
