The house has lots of space, a dining room, living room, front yard, back yard, space for you to start your own garden if you wish, and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove. $1,100 all inclusive, wireless internet, utilities, washer, house cleaning supplies. The house has central air-conditioning. Parking available for an extra $100. Plenty of parking and easy public transit access. The nearest major intersection is Coxwell & Dundas. The house is one block north of Queens St with a 24hr street car and 8 minutes by bus from the Coxwell subway station. Flexible rental, long or short term. Looking for a professional roommate, 25 years or older, clean, respectful, with a positive take on life, working in person or attending school full-time (not working or school from home), no smoking, no drugs. Rommie: Professional, working full time and very busy with personal projects, friendly, clean, positive attitude and easy going. Looking for the same. Prefer someone who is environmentally conscious, you don't have to be vegan or vegetarian but agree not to bring meat into the house. Please ask if you are not sure how that works.
