Please note the TV and monitor in the apartment aren’t included, but I’m happy to sell the monitor at a very reasonable price if needed. Utilities (Wi-Fi and electricity) are not included in the rent. Wi-Fi is $35/month per person, and electricity averages $60–$70/month.
