I own the home and have the third floor with my own washroom. (I am not tyrant landlord! : ) I just share my home and am very private. Wi-fi, laundry and all utilities included. Use of great kitchen (dishes and many small appliances, baking things are plentiful) and family areas, yard and front porch. *****!!! MUST be happy and comfortable with friendly large dog and two cats. Unfortunately, I cannot accept any additional pets.****!!!! Great, safe neighbourhood, minutes to NoFrills, Danforth shopping, east Chinatown, coffee shops, library, great parks etc. Very short walk to TTC. Calm atmosphere.
