| I am ok with male or female subletting my room. Shared spaces include: the kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony. Price and availability: I am subletting my fully furnished room July 1 until August 31. Utilities are extra, and shouldn't be more than ~$100/month (depending on your usage). Rent and utilities will be paid directly to the lease holder (my roommate), and there will be a written roommate agreement. Parking is available underground and must be paid directly to the parking company. About me: I am a nursing student at TMU, so I am away for the summer, but will be back once school starts. I am currently renting the room from the lease holder (my roommate). I have kept my room neat & tidy, and would hope the subletter would do the same. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
