| Hi there, My roomate is getting married and I'm seeking someone who can take her room. Consedering ONLY WOMEN. Moving Date: Aug 1st, 2024 Only one person can take the bedroom as the landlord does not want more than two people living in the apartment. Place is is located in High Park North neighborhood with easy access to transportation. Closet intersection Runnymeade and Annette (M6P3B3). This is a 2BED, 1 BATH apartment. It's very spacious with a huge deck and laundry on site. Rent is $1,400 each plus utilities and internet (100 each in summer and about 150 each during winter - gas is expensive). NO PETS Please note that I am Christian, and I tend to host a study bible at least once a moth so it's important that you're comfortable with it. We wrap up by 11pm and it's a quiet study group.
