| Looking for a roommate for 6 months. Centrally located Condo Blue Jays Way and King area Nov 1st 2024 until April 30 2025. Preferably working full-time, permanent, working from home is okay. This is a 2-bedroom condo and will share a bathroom. I am a clean, easy-going professional living downtown part of the year. Great location, Walking distance to the financial district (10 mins), and St Andrew Subway no parking however can rent one in the building. No pets, no couples one person only. The room is furnished with a a new comfy bed, closet and a smart Samsung TV. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, Washer, and Dryer and building amenities: Gym, whirlpool BBQ movie room . Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay for at least six months, a nonsmoker, no pet, no couple, no parties, no overnight guests, and no drugs. Rent is 800. first and last Total $1600 to move in.
