Single occupancy only for a clean and organized working professional or a international student. Main intersection is Eglinton and Bathurst. Ten minutes to Eglinton west subway station. 2 minute walk to Chinese grocery stores, drug stores. There is one shared Bathroom. First and last rent are required. All inclusive: Free Hydro, Free Wi-Fi Coin laundry provided by the apartment authority (not included in the monthly rent). The monthly rent is $1290 Parking space available outside of the apartment. Required documents: proof of employment ( Employment letter) ,Credit Report, Rental History, identity documents. Lease terms: Month to month Tenant must pay rent on the first day of the month in cash or deposit to the account. I am looking for a roommate who is very clean and organized. The kitchen and bathroom should be kept clean and tidy by the occupants. Avoid travelling in the house with shoes outside. Room is available in August first 2024 I am a single man 45 years old Educated and very clean. I am a good cook and live healthy if my housemate likes me to cook, I can cook every day and we can share its amount or not.
