Located on the third floor the two bedroom has a kitchen (with dishwasher) and one shared bathroom. Grocery shopping 15 minuets away. A few things I prefer: - no strong scents - no pets - safe sex positive space (communication is key with this) - Drug free home - Clean freaks encouraged lol ACCESSIBILITY: Third floor unit with an elevator. The house is scent free ideally. Quiet safe space to work and relax. Not a big party house here so generally quiet during the week. Drinking is fine but hard drugs aren’t allowed. Airborne Cannabis consumption is to be outside only. Accessible to the village by a 7 min walk. . BIPOC friendly space and racism on any level is NOT tolerated. |
