Shared Spaces: Along with your private room, you'll have access to shared spaces including a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. You will also have access to the front and backyard if you enjoy spending time in nature and soaking in some sun. Our common areas are well-maintained and brewing with creative energy. Rent & Utilities: The rent for a single occupant is $1200 per month. If you're sharing the room with a friend or partner, the rent is $1600 per month. Utilities include hydro, electricity, gas, and high-speed internet, amounting to 100-150 CAD per month. Home Environment: We're a group of current artists living in the house and often use the common space as a studio for our creative endeavors.
