| We are looking for one other professional to share the house starting from December 1, 2024. We are looking for only one person, no couples. This two-storey house is spacious and bright with shared areas, including an open-concept kitchen with a balcony, living room, and half bathroom on the first floor. The second floor includes 3 private bedrooms with a walk-in closet and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and high-speed internet (unlimited). Close to Nofrills, FreshCo, Stock Yards Village (50+ shops), York Recreation Centre (free community center with swimming pool) and many parks. 12 min to Allen Road, 10 min to 401, 15 min to 427, perfect location if you have to drive, parking available in the garage. Keele and Eglinton area (TTC 24/7). There are currently two roommates who are professional, clean, quiet, and respectful. No partying or smoking. More about the current roommates: Shannon is originally from Trinidad and Tobago and has lived in Canada for 10+ years. She works for a non-profit and from home 3 days a week. She’s quiet and respectful but enjoys music, concerts, crafting, and reading. She also has a few allergies, including to some pets. João is a Brazilian who moved to Toronto about 2 years ago, works with bicycles and is a big fan of sports in general, never missing a Sunday futebol game. Avid music listener and a bit of a TV enthusiast, he almost always has headphones over his ears.
