Looking for someone/two individuals to do a lease takeover. You will be able to do a lease renewal. The whole apartment is available. The apartment is in Unity Point and is a ten minute walk from the center of Queen's University campus. Conveniently situated very close to downtown as well, less than 5 minute walk to Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, and many food places. The building itself is on the corner of University and Princess St. The building is well maintained, secure and quiet. The apartment is soundproofed to an extent (literally never heard our neighbours) and overall just a vibe honestly. It's on the 6th floor, so it has a great view overlooking the city and lots of beautiful sunsets. The windows are facing North-West ish. The apartment is a great size for two people and fully furnished. Utilities+WiFi included, excluding Hydro (approx. $20-25 per person/month). Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the staff is very kind. The building has a gym, a study room, a lounge (games, TV area, kitchen, and lots of room for hanging out), and a rooftop patio with barbeques. Access to all of these is included. Tours can be arranged, please DM. I will cover the one time administration fee of $350 for lease takeover. |
