Student only, co-ed townhouse. Good privacy in the neighborhood and room. Only one other person in the whole house for this term. Utilities and internet are included in the price. Conestoga is right across the street (2-min walk). Laurier is a 7-10 minute bus ride. Waterloo is a 15 minute bus ride. Bus stops are incredibly close and very frequent. Honestly feels closer than a lot of Columbia properties. Parking is available for $50 extra (attached to house) On-site washer and dryer, free. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, closet and drawers. It's preferred the sub-letter provides their own mattress. Kitchen includes all cooking supplies, excellent dishwasher and two fridges. Basement has tons of space for storage. Features a Large TV, chairs and a table. Backyard features a nice patio.
