| I am subletting my bedroom in a house from October 2024 to end of April 2025 for $850 per month. We are looking for a college/university student as we are all uOttawa students It has central AC and heating. Utility bills are included. There is Wifi, but has to be paid seperately from the rent. However, it is equally divided among the tenants. The bedroom is fully furnished: It includes a massive closet that can be used as a storage space, a shelf, 2 tables and an office chair, a bedside table, a bedframe, and a double-sized mattress.
