| I am looking to share a 1+1 bedroom apartment situated at the heart of Kitchener downtown. Literally steps away from google office and the GRT station, for about 6 months with a possibility of further extension. A brief about me: I am an IT professional working remotely from home. I am from Delhi. I have lived in the United States for almost 6 years and moved to Canada due to some personal reasons. The apartment shall be shared only by myself and you. Not looking for a 3rd occupant. It is a spacious apartment with a nice view and a balcony to make it even prettier. The electricity and internet are separate. Rest everything like heat/AC, water is included in the rent. $50 extra for covered parking. Open to entertain any questions that you may have, in detail. |
