| Hi there! We are students who rent this house year-round but we are still looking for one person to rent out the biggest bedroom for the summer; May 1st - Aug 31st. (but if you're looking for a shorter timeframe within these dates, don't hesitate to send a message as there may be flexibility) We are a female household so we are preferably looking for female renters, but again don't hesitate to message us if you don't fit this criteria as flexibility may be an option. This is a very spacious and sun-filled home located about a 10-15 minute walk, or < 5 minute drive to the Laurier and Conestoga campuses. It is fully furnished with 2 common areas including a sofa, dining table, chairs and a TV. We have an outdoor area fitted with patio furniture and a basement with 3 couches, 2 armchairs, LED lights, and 2 side tables. There's a full kitchen with an island and 2 full washrooms. We also have many appliances such as a toaster, kettle, etc. that can be used. Bedroom 1: Includes a dresser, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, a double bed, closet + hangers, 2 lamps, and a window with curtains. *The room that is pictured is not the room available, just a picture we had on hand of one of the other rooms* If this post got your interest, feel free to send a message! |
