Room comes with high speed internet, 1 parking spot and professional cleaning services of the shared bathroom once a month (rest of the time tenants are to coordinate cleaning of shared bathroom and laundry room). In the summer you will have access to the dock to fish or kayak if you wish. Looking for a young professional (preferably male), that is very clean, quiet and respectful.
