| Private room for rent, suitable for couples LARGE room in a house right next to the university (with parking) for sublet: 4 months, May-August. Utilities included: wifi, hydro, gas, water. (limited, we usually pay between $0 and $15) 2 min walk from campus at university and Westmount, right across from T&T, plaza. Main floor room with private porch (retractable rope ladder included). Semi-private half bathroom (shared during day, yours at night) shared full bathroom with laundry. (2 half baths and 2 full baths total in the house) The room comes with a double bed and mattress, bookshelves, two desks, a desk chair, dressers, built in closet, and private patio area that gets a TON of sun in the summer. The house is large with a communal living space with large TV, 2 couches, dining table, full kitchen with appliances, 2.5 fridges, a garden, and a garage for storage. I am subletting for the summer. I’m not in town currently but I will arrange a tour with my roommates and for you to meet them. Please PM for more details and if you have any questions.
