| Available January 1, 2025. Furnished room in apartment for mature female. Must love dogs. Rooms are leased separately. I would very much like to find someone compatible to share with. I am a middle-aged woman. Just about everything you could need is here. Just bring a friendly and respectful attitude, and the maturity to discuss kitchen requirements, schedules, overnight guests, etc. Unit is pet friendly. My dog is used to cats but I would highly prefer another dog over a cat. Would be open to discussion. My dog is a mutt who is Retreiver, Collie and German Shepherd mix. It is a Victorian House with 3 units - our unit is top floor so there is a big flight of STAIRS up to entrance. Bedrooms are quite large. Shared bathroom, kitchen and common area. Laundry in unit. All utilities and Internet included. Yard is a good size and is fenced. There is parking. Close to Bridgeport Plaza and bus stops. Application would have to be processed with the landlord. Landlord is highly motivated to have happy tenants and a mutually beneficial arrangement for everyone.
