| We are subletting 1/3 or 2/3 rooms for our unit on 268 Phillip Street at WCRI for four months in the winter term between January 1st and April 30th *Male roommates preferred* It is a two-level apartment with a living room, kitchen, and balcony on the first floor and bedrooms and washroom on the second floor. The common areas will be fully furnished with everything seen in the pictures. It is just seconds away from the University of Waterloo, right by the University of Waterloo Bus Terminal and ION station and a short walk to Wilfrid Laurier University. The laundry Room is a short walk to the adjacent building. Parking is an additional fee to WCRI management. Rent: $800 per room (includes Utilities, high-speed internet, heating) * of note, there is an cage with a small hamster in the first floor living room.
