| Hey there! I have a main bedroom available for rent in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home on Wellington St N. It's in a fantastic location, within walking distance to downtown, the general hospital, the GO Centre, and grocery stores. The place is modern, spacious, and gets plenty of natural light. It’s on the second floor and has its own entrance from the deck in the backyard. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The bedroom you'll be renting is spacious and has a walk-in closet and lots of natural light. You'll be sharing the kitchen, living room, and bathroom with me. Laundry facilities are conveniently within the unit. The rent is $1120 per month and includes water. Hydro, gas, and internet are extra, typically costing around $60-100 each, depending on the season. The lease is for one year, starting in August. Street parking is available if you have a car. A little about me: I’m a 30-year-old woman working on-site as a research coordinator. I’m pretty laid-back and easy to get along with.
