Room includes a bed, dresser, chair, and closet. Tenant can bring in a small desk and lamp if desired. Shared washrooms, kitchen, etc. with landlord, one family member and one other tenant. Best student room available in Owen Sound (my student tenants always ask to return if doing a 1+ year program!). Available to a quiet, respectful, relaxed student attending college or university, medical intern, or working professional. Please do not inquire if you do not fit these categories. ** Georgian College students, please note that this is on the opposite side of town from the college, so a car is required unless you are willing to take public transport (two buses) to the college.** No smoking, no pets. Preference will be given to medical professionals and full-time college students. First and last and references are required. |
