| Apartment: 1 Bed/ 1 Bath Looking for a roommate (1 Girl Only), to share room with. For McMaster student only, best if in first year life sciences program. Can make a great study partner. Looking for winter semester. Apartment available Jan 1st semester. Clean tidy and hygienic individual. No pets. Cannot bring anyone else to the apartment besides your family for visits, for privacy and safety purposes of other 2 girls. Will only have to pay the wifi bill as other 2 girls are already looking after electricity bill, the big portion of remaining rent, as well as tenant insurance. The living space is very spacious. *2 girls are sisters so they will be sharing the stuff (including their single bed) and furniture so there is enough space, and if for instance you would like to keep the room to yourself that is also an option the girls are open to (they can move to living space) however in that case the rent will be $1000. * Will have to pay first and last month rent. *5 mins bus ride to McMaster university. *parking available *balcony faces the front of the building *laundry room available JUST TEXT PLEASE NO PHONE CALLS, telling us your name, about yourself, your preference to sharing room or taking the whole room, and any other further qustions...
