Large private room in nice home . Utilities and wi fi inc. free access to home and laundry A large space and the full bathroom is shared with 2 mature clean and respectable people. There is another washroom / half bath. There are trails and all amenities close by. Respect in house no smoking no drugs .No keeping people up at night. If you game a lot you need your own internet. I do have high speed however extreme gaming interfered with all of the devices so it was an issue. Available July1 First and last required. References.
