We are renting out one bedroom in our three-bedroom townhome in a friendly, family-oriented environment. We are looking for a Telugu-speaking female tenant (either a student or working professional). About the Room and Home: • Private bedroom with a mattress and table provided. • Shared bathroom (but we use our own ensuite bathroom, so the shared bathroom is rarely used by us). • Rent: $800/month (including all utilities and WiFi). • Deposit: Two months' rent + $100 key deposit (refundable upon return of keys). • Minimum lease: 6 months. • Shared kitchen for meal preparation. • Two living rooms: one with a TV, and a basement equipped with a 4K projector. • Fitness equipment available (treadmill, elliptical, dumbbells). • High-speed WiFi with wireless modems on each floor. • Street parking available.
