| Utilities not included in the $575.. Located in downtown Windsor close to bustops Spacious room available for rent in a 2 bedroom unit. The other room is occupied by me and I'll be your roommate. This is an upper unit of a house with LOTS of private fenced in parking space (see attached pictures). Looking for a VERY CLEAN roommate who preferably DOESN'T work from home (since I work from home and ideally would want a quiet environment during business hours). I like to keep everything super clean so I would want someone who shares the same standard for cleanliness. This means.. Do your dishes as soon as you're done cooking your meals, remove shoes while inside the house..etc.. Please only apply if you have a steady source of income.. The house has baseboard heaters throughout so the utilities are a little high during winters.. Your share of utilities will be around $120 in summers and $180 in winters (wifi, water, electricity) No pets and no smoking inside the house.. I currently use the room as my home office but want to rent it out to a responsible adult to help split the rental cost and keep me some company. The room comes with a 2 person couch which can be removed if you do not need it.. Everything else will be removed from the room including my home office setup.. The living room is very spacious and has a 50inch 4kTV with ps4.. Feel free to connect your Playstation/Xbox device.. Really big windows that lets in a lot of sunlight.. I also have a robo vacuum cleaner for daily vacuuming. The washroom has a standing shower, a mini washer, and plenty of space to hang your clothes, store your toiletries. The kitchen is also very spacious with a single sink, dining table with tall rotating bar chairs and a lot storage space for all your utensils..
