THE BEDROOM IN BRIEF - The fresh and cheery looking bed RM is simply huge. It has 2 windows, a queen bed, birch colored wardrobes & generous closet space. It boasts 2 double doors that open to the living room. THE KITCHEN IN BRIEF - The brightly lit modern looking kitchen is totally decked out with everything you would find in a B&B . There is even a charming breakfast nook with a glass bistro table & bistro chairs for two. In addition to a door opening to the living RM, the kitchen has 2 other doors. The first of these opens to a bright looking pantry which contains customized shelving and two storage closets. The second door in the kitchen leads to a spacious bright & cheery laundry room that contains a W/D, a laundry tub with a faucet, a clothing rack , a large countertop area for folding clothes, ironing board, iron, storage space and more. THE BATHROOM IN BRIEF - The three-piece bathroom has a light and bright canary yellow color. It features a new white shelving unit for storage, a sink & countertop, a window that opens, and an exhaust fan. The well lit jumbo sized shower stall is sparkling clean with no mold. The backyard living space is huge. It contains a number of strategically located water fountains that provide the soothing sound of calmly splashing water. The gazebo has a high arched cathedral ceiling, plenty of oversized windows, a dartboard, and a kitchen with a barbecue grill. MORE ABOUT THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE - The second backyard centerpiece consist of a spacious lounge area that comfortably seats 4 on a recently upgraded patio deck. The plush seating area on the patio deck is protected from the elements by a 12'x12' pagoda that can only be describe as a work of art. This, in turn, leads down a set of stairwell steps to a bottom landing/foyer area. The lower level foyer is where the apartment's internal front door is located. D. THE HOME'S UPPER LEVEL: The landlord (a university professor) lives by himself on the main floor. He does not have a dog. Thus, quiet is assured .
