| Looking to assign the lease for our detached 2+1 bed, 2 bath house in beautiful Mimico. Current lease term ends Nov 30th, and will go month-to-month afterwards. It is rent controlled. We need to move out of the city due to work, so have to look for an assignment. **Given this, we will pay a one-time $1000 move-in fee as part of the agreement ** If you are not familiar with Mimico or this particular area, it is phenomenal. Minutes away from amazing parks, shops, etc… a 15 mins walk (or 4 min ) to the GO station, and just a few mins to the lake. Landlord is good/responsive, house has had very few issues, and the backyard is a great plus. Some more details: - Two bedrooms upstairs, one down - One bathroom upstairs (w/tub) and one down (w/shower) - Induction stove; fantastic for cooking - Large fenced backyard - Shed for bikes, etc Looking for the assignment to start between July 15 and Aug 1st. In order for the landlord to give final sign off, a credit report will be required. |
