| I am looking for a 2bdrm, preferably 2bath apartment in the west end of the city. From Wilson to Davenport and Keele to Yonge roughly. The closer to a subway line the better. I would be moving with my partner and small dog and my young daughter would stay with us half of the time. The hitch, I personally do not have great credit (600+). I went through a divorce that tore me apart financially a couple of years ago and then lost my job and now I am rebuilding. This past is causing issues. My partner has amazing credit (800+). Together we make roughly 150-160k a year on paper. We have first and last no problem and could even potentially offer a couple more months up front if needed. We are currently in a 1+ and need more space as my daughter grows. Budget is up to 3k a month utilities in. We just want a nice, clean, safe place that we can settle into for a long time. We have references from our current landlord. I used to own a home and will treat your place as if it’s my own. We hate moving and want to be good long term tenants.
