| Good morning I’m a female work professional looking for a one bedroom unfurnished basement or walkout basement (long term rental) close to Thornhill area for myself starting at the end of December 2024. Budget is 1500-1600 with all utility included. Here is my preference for the unit: 1. Quiet roommates and safe neighborhood (ideally I hope to rent a unit with totally people no more than 3 but if the sound insulation of the house is good, more people are fine too) 2 separate entrance and in suite laundry and 24hour notice before entering my room for good privacy 3. Good sounds insulation for good sleep at night and morning 4. Warm and cozy in the room (23 degrees for winter and prefer a bit warm in summer too, cannot be 20 or 21….) 5. One legal parking spot for my car (I got one ticket because my landlord asked me to park on his grass area…..) 6. I have all the furnitures so prefer unfurnished type or a den to store all the stuff…. I have great credit score and can provide my ID, credit check and all the required documents. I can also provide my employee letter or a work confirmation from my boss if everything is confirmed. I don’t smoke and have no pets. Pls leave your number to me.
