Includes a nice big backyard, washer, dryer, bbq, pet friendly, 420 and smoking friendly (outside only, no exception). No parking. The room is 8×11, fits a queen bed. Lots of extra room around the house if you want to have a home office if you work from home or hobbies and things. Groceries, bars, doctors, food, subway line (glencairn station), parks and walking paths all within a 10 minute walk. I'm 34, work mon-friday as a dog walker, and boarding, please ask me about them. Most nights are quiet gaming or watching TV, nothing fancy. I understand personal space and down time, as I have lived with and was living with a roommate before. Unfortunately she had to leave to help her mum, but being social with some drinks, cooking, binging a show is always fun. I do prefer a clean house and clean regularly, but dog fur and dishoveled couch pillows will always be there. I'm looking for someone who is clean, likes dogs, socialable and respectful.
