| We are a mature, quiet couple currently renting. Easy going and low maintenance tenants. Unfortunately, we have to move by July 31st as our landlord is moving back. Excellent references. Currently take care of all minor repairs, grass cutting and landscaping. Looking to move June 1 to a rental with a deck for bbqing and storage for e-bikes and husband’s tools and fishing gear—way too much fishing gear! Prefer Charlottetown, Cornwall, Sherwood, East Royalty and Winsloe areas. Budget is $2,000 depending on what is included, cost of heat etc. |
