This Four (4) Bedroom Renovated Farmhouse contains four principal sized bedrooms with Queen Beds, a full-sized kitchen with walk in pantry which is equipped with a Maytag appliances (Fridge, double range stove/oven, dishwasher), microwave, Wine Fridge and an open concept dining room, family room, two full 3 piece bathrooms, a large yard, laundry facilities and available parking. Downstairs master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The house is heated by electric heat pumps right through. There is also a wood stove for additional heat in the cold winter, if you want to use it. (You will need to provide your own wood) The house is located in the Charlottetown (Norwood Road) in a highly residential neighborhood, minutes to groceries, shopping, schools, and public transit, and a 5-minute drive to downtown Charlottetown and UPEI. The unit is currently furnished and will be rented as such. The rent is not inclusive, and the tenant is responsible for electricity.
