| I have a fully furnished bedroom & office/lounge for rent. These rooms are located in a 3rd floor walk up apartment. It's a beautiful, heritage building in the heart of Charlottetown. 3 blocks from Holland College, and a 5 minute walk to the main transit line. Close to shopping, banking and restaurants. The apartment would be shared with me - a mature, professional female. The monthly rent of $750. includes use of a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, dining room, washroom and a spacious patio. These rooms are common areas. Heat, water, lights and WiFi are included. The person that moves in MUST be responsible, respectful, clean, well versed in how to live in a shared space and 100% Eco Friendly. If you don’t know how to sort recyclables, how to compost , how to keep the common area & your private area clean, please don’t bother responding. Preference will be given to students. As well, I am looking to rent these rooms to a single person...no couples, sorry. Rent is due on the 1st of every month via e-transfer and a $600 damage deposit is required.
