| Family of 5 looking for a rent to own 4 bedroom home in the Charlottetown area. We are PEI residents. We both work full time in stable careers. We have three kids and a dog. We are in a position where we don’t qualify for the govt home buyer programs, yet we don’t have piles of excess income to put away for a down payment. We are hoping to find a more creative way to work towards owning our first home such as a rent to own. We may also be interested in a long term rental in the West Royalty or Sherwood areas.
