3 Beds 1 Bath - Lower duplex unit. 23 B MacDonald Rd, Stratford, PE C1B 2C9, Canada. Stratford Pe, Waterview semi-basement [7 steps down], 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom lower duplex unit. $1,800.00/ month. The rent is $1,800.00 per month, with a required one year written lease contract and a required security deposit of $1,800.00 Can. The waterview lower duplex unit has a fridge, stove, oven, washer and dryer in the unit. The heat and hot water are the utilities that are included in the monthly rent. The electricity, TV/Cable, internet and other services needed by the tenants are the tenant's full responsibility. Stratford Pe, is great peaceful location and is a safe RCMP patrolled neighborhood. The elementary public school system is Glen Stewart Elementary School, the junior high school is Stonepark and the senior high school is Charlottetown Rural High School. The rental is a few minutes drive to the city center of Charlottetown Pe, and is very close to Holland College, U.P.E.I and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The apartment is within walking distance to No Frills Groceries Store, the Stratford Public Library and other Stratford based businesses. There are also bus routes that run fron Stratford Pe to Charlottetown Pe. The unit is registered service animal friendly only. No smoking indoors or loud gatherings. The Stratford Townhall has a walking track, cardio equipment, weights and gymnasium for Stratford residents to use free of charge. There is enough parking for 3 vehicles if they are double parked to one side of the driveway. The grass cutting is done by the property owners in the summer. There is a front and back yard, lots of green space and a wide South Northern river waterview. The driveway winter snow removal is included in the monthly rent. However, the tenants do have to move their vehicles out of the way when the snow removal company arrives. The duplex unit is a very reasonably priced for a waterview 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom rental in Stratford Pe. We cannot allow more than 3 to 4 tenants to rent the unit at the current price due to the costs of oil heating, hot water supply and overall wear and tear to the duplex unit. A 'Rental Application' must be completed in full, after the viewing if you decide to apply to lease the waterview duplex unit. One 'Rental Application' has to be completed in full, leaving no spaces uncompleted for each tenant planning to live on our property. 'Rental Applications' are required by PEI Housing, IRAC, and RCMP for the landlord to be in accordance with the Prince Edward Island 2024 housing rental laws. The completed in full, 'Rental Applications' are to be returned to the mailbox at 21 MacDonald Rd, Stratford Pe, C1B 2C9 Canada [the house right next door to the apartment] or the 'Rental Applications' can be photographed returned on Kijiji.ca. The 'Rental Applications' are kept private, confidential and reviewed in 3-5 business days.
