| Available August 1, 2024 Two house mates (female student and male professional) looking for a third house mate to share a large 2 bath, 3 bed house in Hull, close to all amenities (30 min walk to OttawaU, 10 min walk to government buildings, etc.). The house features a large kitchen with a dishwasher and there is a washer and dryer in one of the bathrooms. The room is furnished with a bed, table, shelves and a closet. We are looking for a quiet and responsible non-smoker (in the house) willing to rent the room for the fall and winter school semesters (until April 30 2025). Rent is all inclusive $650/mo. with high-speed internet. Dispo le 1 aout 2024 Deux colocs (femme étudiante et homme professionnel) cherchent un troisième coloc pour partager une grande maison avec 2 salles de bain et 3 chambres à coucher, à Hull, près de tous les agréments (30 min de marche de l’Université d’Ottawa, 10 min de marche des édifices du gouv. Etc.) La maison a une grande cuisine avec un lave-vaisselle et il y a une laveuse-sécheuse dans une des salles de bain. La chambre est meublée avec un lit, une table, une étagère et une garde-robe. Nous cherchons une coloc tranquille, responsable et non fumeuse (dans la maison) pour louer la chambre pour les session universitaire automne-hiver (finissant le 30 avril 2025). Le loyer est tout-inclus à $650/mois avec connexion internet haute-vitesse. |
